The Washington County Court At Law has issued a Court Policy regarding Pro se applicants (applicants without an attorney.)

 **EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2016 - By order of the Texas Supreme Court, all new Probate and Guardianship cases shall be E-filed by attorneys with the County.  Any subsequent filings shall also be E-filed.
