The Director of Personnel implements the personnel policies of the
county. All applicants for employment are received by this office. All
random drug testing for employees is facilitated by the Personnel
Director. All insurance benefits are monitored by this office.
The Personnel Director is located in the 1st floor of the Zapata County Courthouse within the
County Auditor's Office.
