Development Services Department is available to provide required permits, insure regulations are followed and also provides digital data when needed to ensure the safety of our citizens throughout Ector County.
The following permits are required for developments in Ector County
* Development Structure - is to ensure that the finish floor elevation is at or 1 foot above the crown of the road or top of curb.
*Drive Approach - Ensures your property is connected to the County road properly and waters natural flow is not restricted.
*Septic Permit - Ensures you have a legal and proper working septic system.
*Right-of-Way - is needed anytime work is being done within a County right-of-way.
*Cell Tower - Needed as a reference for who owns the tower.
