Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

General Information

Medical Conditions
(
Physical or Mental Impairment)

If you have a medical condition which would make it impossible or very difficult to serve as a juror, you 
may request an exemption by completing the Affidavit for Medical Exemption (which includes the mandatory Physicians Statement for Medical Exemption) and returning it to the Court Clerk. Your request will be submitted to a judge and you will be notified if your request is granted or denied.

Reporting Instructions:

*Please dress appropriately for court. NO SHORTS!*

Bring your summons with you and appear in person, 
at the time and date on your printed summons.

Complete the required questionnaire either online or 
on your printed summons prior to arrival.

Have you been rescheduled or rescheduled yourself on the Jury webpage?
If so, you will receive a new summons for that date at least 10 days before reporting.
If you have not received a new summons, then a jury was not needed for that date and you are excused.
If rescheduled, do not report until you receive a new summons.
