Vaccines are by appointment only. Call to set up appointment.
STD/HIV testing are Tuesdays 1:00pm-3:30pm; Wednesday 8:30am-10:30am. These are walk in clinics.
TB testing is done on Monday and Tuesday 8:30-11am; 1:00pm-4:00 walk in no appointment needed.
Pap smear clinics are Thursdays 1:00pm-3:00pm must qualify. For more details call 432-498-4141.

Cervical Cancer Education

We are offering education and screening for Cervical Cancer at no cost for eligible participants. Please
call (432) 498-4141 and press ext. 0 for more information.

    Child Immunizations

    Administrative Fee:  $13.00 per child for 1 shot and $26.00 per child for 2 shots or more for qualified patients per visit. We also accept current Medicaid Card

    CLINIC HOURS:  The Health Dept. provides STD testing/treatment, TB testing, and all immunizations for children and adults.  Please call 432-498-4141 for vaccination hours.  

    IMMUNIZATION RECORDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL PERSONS YOUNGER THAN 26 YEARS OLD AND ARE PREFERRED FOR EVERYONE ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT: CASH - CHECK - CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. Clients will receive a statement reflecting the code for vaccine(s) received to be filed with person's private insurance.
