MISSION
Promote public health throughout Odessa through restaurants, swimming pools, septic systems, complaints, public events, and other facilities through education permitting, inspection and enforcement of Texas Food Establishment Rule (TFER) and the Health and Safety Code chapter 366, and TAC chapter 285 along with the Ector County Ordinance.
