    How to file a complaint:

    1.    Complete the Complaint Form  Download Form Here
    2.    Sign the complaint form in the presence of a Notary Public. The complaint form MUST be notarized.
    3.    Take photos if possible, this is not required.
    4.    Return the completed form and photos to the Blanco County Precinct 4 Constable Office.
     
    What happens next:

    Once we receive your completed & notarized complaint form the investigation process will begin. Please keep in mind that Texas law requires that we allow 30 days for compliance before any enforcement action can be initiated.

    The Blanco County Precinct 4 Constable Office will be your main point of contact. Environmental compliance can, in some cases be a lengthy process.  Please contact the office if you have any questions.

    If ordered by the court to transport to or from out of county Court of Jurisdiction, a fee per hour, per officer, plus mileage at IRS allowable rate, plus lodging costs.

    Executing any Writ, Precept or court order that exceeding 2 hours. An additional fee of $40.00 per hour, per officer, plus mileage at the IRS allowable rate, to perform service and return from performing the service.

    *2023 IRS Mileage Rate- $.655/ mile
