Changes to the On-site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Application Process
(Effective January 1, 2026)
The Hill County Development Services are over this process. Payments for On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Permit Applications will be taken at the Support Services Building, 218 N Waco St, 254-283-6846, ksmith@co.hill.tx.us, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Development Services accepts cash, check, and credit/debit cards (credit card convenience fees apply). Once the fees have been paid, all OSSF inspections will be coordinated by the Development Services OSSF Designated Representative. E-mails may be sent to:
