Game Rooms
Ector County Sheriff’s Officer is responsible for application process for S.O.B. (Sexually Oriented Business) and Game Rooms.
S.O.B. and Game rooms are required to have a license for operation in the county as stated in Ector County Ordinances.
Within the city of Odessa, you must contact the Odessa Police Department for licensing process.
The Licensing fee:
S.O.B. business license ______________________$1500.00
S.O.B. Employee and Non-employee________$50.00
Game room license__________________________$1000.00
Game room operators permits______________$100.00

Application must be complete by 4:00 pm

Application and fingerprints must be complete by 4:00 pm

Finger Prints will be required for all new application, S.O.B and Game Rooms.
You will receive direction once you have completed your application. The fee for finger prints $10.00 cash only.

Tuesday to Friday 9:00 am to 11:00 am & 1:00 Pm to 4:00 pm
For new applicants, it is advisable to come early.
