WILSON COUNTY REQUEST FOR GRANT WRITING SERVICES – PUBLIC NOTICE
Wilson County, Texas, is seeking a qualified grant writing firm to assist in identifying, applying for, and managing grant opportunities for county projects, programs, and services. The selected firm will provide comprehensive services, including research, proposal writing, and ongoing support for grant submissions. The goal is to secure funding that aligns with the county’s objectives and priorities. RFQ documents are available for download on the Wilson County website at https://www.co.wilson.tx.us/page/wilson.Bids_RFPs.
Sealed RFQs will be accepted until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025. Submissions may be sent via email to procurement@wilsoncountytx.gov or delivered in person or by mail to the Wilson County Auditor’s Office, located at 1420 3rd Street, Suite 109, Floresville, Texas 78114.
RFQs will be publicly opened and read aloud in Commissioners Court on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Any submissions received after 9:00 a.m. CST will not be considered and will be returned.
Wilson County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, in accordance with the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
