  • If you are interested in becoming a Court Appointed Attorney in Wilson County, please complete the attached application and CLE Oath and return the original to the Wilson County Judge's Office at 1420 3rd Street Ste. 101, Floresville, TX 78114.  The CLE requirements are attached also.

  • Uncontested probate matters may be heard by either Wilson County Judge Henry L. Whitman, Jr., or Wilson County Court at Law Judge Tina Hartmann.  Judge Whitman hears uncontested probate cases on Wednesdays.  Judge Hartmann hears uncontested probate matters on any designated civil hearing date.  Available hearing dates for Judge Hartmann are listed on the court's calendar at the bottom of the Wilson County Court at Law webpage.  To request a hearing, complete the online setting request form below.  You are not placed on the Court's docket unless you have received a confirmation email response back from the court coordinator.  

     

    ONCE YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL RESPONSE FROM THE COURT COORDINATOR, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE NOTICE OF THE HEARING TO ALL APPROPRIATE PARTIES. 

    • The following matters must be set before the Wilson County Court at Law Judge Tina Hartmann:

      • All contested matters
      • All jury trials
      • All zoom hearings
      • All civil cases appealed from the Justice of the Peace courts
      • All civil lawsuits (does not include uncontested probate cases)
      • All guardianship hearings
      • All hearings requiring a court reporter's record
