  • Although Wilson County Justice of the Peace Courts make every effort to ensure that information provided is accurate, neither Wilson County nor any agency, officer, elected official or employee of Wilson County, warrants the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information on this web site and shall not be liable for any losses caused by such reliance on the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of such information, including, but not limited to incidental and consequential damages. There is no guarantee that this online payment application will show all of your unpaid cases.
  • When making a payment online, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your payment to process and be posted to your court case. Outstanding arrest warrants may still be enforced against you during the 1 to 2 business days prior to payment posting to your court case. It is important that you keep your receipt for proof of payment.
  • Completion of this transaction is contingent upon the authorization of payment by your Credit Card Company or bank. In the event your payment is not processed or authorized by your Credit Card Company or bank, your payment liability shall remain outstanding and unpaid and you will be subject to all applicable penalties, late fees and interest charges assessed by Wilson County, all of which obligations remain your sole responsibilities.
  • I hereby understand that in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 27.14, case payment will constitute a plea of no contest or guilty resulting in a waiver of a jury trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive all my rights to a trial.
  • I should contact the court if I would like to request driver's safety course, deferred disposition, jail credit, or plead not guilty. Once a payment is made online I will NOT be able to ask for a driver's safety course, deferred disposition, jail credit, or change my plea at a later date.
  • Partial Payments: If the full balance of the plan is not paid in full before the 31st day after the date on which a judgment is entered, I understand that a Time Payment Fee of $15.00 per case will be added to the last scheduled payment. Payments must be received by each of the court scheduled payment dates. I understand that if I should miss any payments as described above, the remaining balance will become due and payable in full, and/or WARRANT(S) will be issued for my arrest. I understand that a Capias Pro Fine could be issued against me, along with a DL Omni hold, and can also be sent to a Private Collection.
  • I must contact the court for Alternatives to payment of fines and costs. A defendant who is convicted of a criminal offense punishable by fine only is entitled to alternative methods of satisfying the judgment against them if they are unable to pay the fine or costs, in whole or in part.
  • Only criminal cases are able to take on-line payments at this time. Not all cases are eligible for online payments. No online payments will be accepted from those considered a juvenile as defined by certain offenses.
  • If you have any questions about making an online payment, you should contact the court before proceeding.
  • There will be a 5% convenience fee added to your total balance for all online payments.
