  • Hunt County-Texas welcomes the opportunity to do business with interested merchants in the community. Hunt County's Purchasing Division is interested in fostering participation by all qualified business persons offering commodities and services that may be used by the County. The Purchasing Division has the responsibility to make the most economical acquisition of quality materials and services that will assure efficient operation of County Government.

    To that end, it is essential that interested business persons become familiar with the County's Purchasing Manual and Vendor Guide. This website will serve as a general guide. Specific questions and concerns not addressed here should be directed to the Purchasing Agent.

    To All Vendors:

    Attached is the PDF file RFQ #272-26, Request for Qualifications, Construction Project Management Services for the I-30 Administrative Facility Construction Project for Hunt County.

    Please carefully review the RFQ packet and submit all required documentation with your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Required documents include, but may not be limited to:

    • Proof of SAM.gov Registration
    • Conflict-of-Interest Questionnaire (CIQ)
    • Certification Regarding Lobbying
    • Non-Debarment Certification
    • Certificate of Insurance for Professional Liability
    • Any other required forms included in the RFQ packet

    One (1) Original copy (marked ORIGINAL) and four (4) copies, along with an electronic copy on USB, must be received in a sealed envelope/package at the office of the Hunt County Purchasing Agent no later than 4:00 P.M. Central Time, Friday, April 3, 2026.

    Your sealed envelope/package should be addressed to:

    The envelope must be marked:

    “RFQ #272-26 – Construction Project Management Services – I-30 Administrative Facility Construction Project – SOQ Due April 3, 2026 @ 4:00 P.M.”

    Only sealed SOQs received on or before the deadline will be accepted. DO NOT FAX OR E-MAIL YOUR RESPONSE.

    Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

    A Pre-RFQ Site Visit will be held on March 20, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at:
