Online - Certified copies of birth, death and marriage records can be obtained through our new online system.
In Person - Requests for birth, death and marriage records can be submitted in person during our normal business hours. All persons requesting records must complete the application in full, be a qualified applicant, have a valid form of identification and proper payment at the time of request.
By Mail - Requests for birth, death and marriage records can be submitted by mail. All persons requesting records must be a qualified applicant, complete and transmit the completed application, notarized Affidavit of Personal Knowledge, a copy of his or her valid proof of identification and proper payment. Marriage licenses can be obtained Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. For a list of requirements to obtain a marriage license and other important information click here.
