Class is from 9 AM to 4 PM at Hardin County Remote Health Department, 1135 Redwood, Kountze, TX 77625. Please RSVP at 409-790-6149 or at: info.healthinspections@co.hardin.tx.us

It is recommended to bring a laptop or tablet if you have one available for taking your test. You will receive study materials for the class.

FOOD HANDLER CLASS IS OFFERED 24/7 ONLINE FOR $15.00 AND THAT IS GOOD FOR TWO YEARS.

We can schedule a class for your business or organization as long as you have 8 or more to attend the class. Please review and complete the HCHD Class Registration & Information Form. Spanish Classes are by appointment only.

Form for any festival or event to be held in Hardin County. These may be paid for at the event, online or in our office. You may get a Temporary Permit for one event or for the year. If you already have a Food Establishment or Catering Permit you will not have to obtain this permit for a Hardin County event. For all events participants are subject to inspection.
