Date of Proclamation: See County Calendar for Commissioners Court dates (2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month). Requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance. If you do not want the proclamation recognized at a Commissioners Court meeting, please enter the date you would like on the Proclamation (Month, Day and Year).
Proclamation Information Brief history of organization or biography of the person, purpose, goals, motto or theme. If possible, include a flier/brochure (email to: stephanie.mckee@co.caldwell.tx.us).

When would you like to pick up the Proclamation? If you do not want the proclamation placed on a Commissioners Court agenda for recognition, but would like a hard copy signed by the county judge, please enter a date/time for pick up at our office (HIstoric Courthouse - 110 S. Main Street, Lockhart, TX, 78644):
Proclamation Approval Information Members of the Commissioners Court will make the final decision on whether a proclamation is issued or not.
