  • Process citations issued by Department of Public Safety (DPS), Texas Parks & Wildlife, Caldwell County Sheriff, Constable and Environmental offices.
  • Local Registrar for Luling, Texas death and birth certificates.
  • Process & hear all Civil Claims filed in Precinct 2.
