Good afternoon,
In response to Imelda, the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) has pulled together a suite of resources in flood insurance for your use and for you to pass along to your colleagues and clients. Additionally, we will be sending short informational emails twice a week that can help you or your clients in the recovery process.
After the flood, agents are often the first point of contact to begin the recovery process. We want to support you in supporting your community.
The NFIP Resource Library contains informational videos, post-disaster photography, customizable post cards and ready-to-use fact sheets to help you tell the story of flood risk and drive policy sales. We encourage you to distribute marketing resources during client meetings, on social media, in marketing emails, on company websites, and beyond.
All of these resources, including the Cost of Flooding Tool, can be found on https://agents.floodsmart.gov/.
