  • As we move forward with making our land records available online in the near future, we are also making available to you a Fraud Alert System Sign Up.

    Property Fraud Alert is an electronic notification service that alerts a subscriber via email or telephone every time a land records document is recorded with a requested name in a participating County Land Records Office. The subscriber must select a method of notification either by providing an email address or a phone number. The Property Fraud Alert Service is offered at no charge. This service will notify subscribers within 24 hours when a document with the name you registered has been recorded into the county's Official Public Records.
