To register to vote in Goliad County, you may pick up a registration card at the Goliad County Election Administration office, at 329 W. Franklin St., Goliad, TX 77963.

   All Applications for Ballot by Mail EXPIRE on December 31st of every year. First day to apply for Ballot by Mail using an Application for Ballot by Mail for all Elections in 2024 is on Monday, January 1, 2024.
