Notary Public

This office provides notary public services free of charge to the public. In order to have a signature notarized, the person(s) signing the document must provide a current, valid, state-issued photo identification card (Driver’s License, Military ID, etc). 

In exception to the signature block, please have all of your forms completed prior to arriving to this office. The notary cannot provide legal advice, including guidance in creating or completing any forms. The purpose of notarization is to prove an original signature only and is not validating the actual document.

Hours of Availability:
Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

The Goliad County Office of Emergency Management will ensure, through coordination with County and local shareholders that the county is prepared to respond to, and recover from, all natural and man-made emergencies.  This office will provide the leadership and support to reduce the loss of life and property through an all-hazards emergency management program of mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery throughout Goliad County.
