• All On-Site Sewage Facilities Permit Application packets must be turned into the County Clerk’s Office located in the County Courthouse.
• All fees need to be made payable to “Van Zandt County Clerk”
• To report an issue or file a complaint regarding an OSSF within the county please call the office at 903-567-6026 and ask to fill out a complaint form.

Commercial Business                                    $ 650.00

Yearly Maintenance Contract                        $   30.00
