How to file a complaint:
1.    Complete the Complaint Form  Get it HERE
2.    Sign the complaint form in the presence of a Notary Public. The complaint form MUST be notarized.
3.    Take photos if possible, this is not required.
4.    Return the completed form and photos to the Llano County Attorney’s office OR to your local Justice of the Peace.
 
What happens next:

Once we receive your completed & notarized complaint form the investigation process will begin. Please keep in mind that Texas law requires that we allow 30 days for compliance before any enforcement action can be initiated.

The Llano County Environmental Compliance & Enforcement Office will be your main point of contact. Environmental compliance can, in some cases be a lengthy process.  Please contact the office if you have any questions.
