      You may request a Birth or Death Certificate in person or by mail.

      If requesting in person, please come to our office located at 107 West Sandstone Street Llano, TX 78643. You will be asked to complete an Application and provide a current copy of your Driver's License or Government issued ID.

      If requesting a Birth or Death Certificate by mail/FedEx you must send the Application, an executed Affidavit for Birth/Death Certificate AND a copy of your Driver's License or Government issued ID.

    • Please call to schedule an appointment 325-247-4455

      You must apply for a Marriage License 72 hours prior to the time you wish to be married. The Marriage License is valid for 90 days after issuance.

      Both parties must be in attendance to complete the Marriage License Application; must provide a current Driver's License or Government issued ID, will need to know the City and County in which they were born and know their Social Security number.
