Please allow 7-10 business days for non-floodplain determinations, more time may be required for floodplain development, septic permits and commercial projects. Refer to the Subdivision Regulations for timelines and procedures of Platting, Replatting, Manufactured Home Rental Communities and Infrastructure requirements for Recreational Vehicle Parks.
A separate review and approval by other local, County, State or Federal offices may be required prior to a permit being issued by Llano County Development Services.
