- $15 for the first page, then $4 for each additional page per instrument.
- If there are more than 5 names to be indexed, we charge $.25 per name starting at the 6th name forward.
PROBATE
CIVIL
RECORDS SEARCH: There is a $5 search fee for Probate, Criminal, Civil, Marriage, Death, and Birth records.
CERTIFICATION OF WET/DRY AREAS FOR TABC PRE-QUALIFICATION PACKET: $5 to search records, plus $5 to certify per LGC 118.011 (a)(3)
COPIES, SCANS and FAXING
- $1 per copy
- $1 per copy to convert judicial copies to data scan (LGC 118.052(3)(c)
- $5 flat fee for certified copies, plus an additional $1 per page
- $.10 per page for personal copies
- $1 per page to receive or to send a fax (if sending, plus copy charges).
- If you choose to pay with a credit card, our service company will assess a 2.85% service charge, or $2 minimum fee per transaction.
- $5 flat fee plus $1 per page for certified copy of marriage license. We do not release plain copies of marriage licenses per LGC 118.018.
- $10 for authenticated copies of probate, per LGC 118.011 (a)(3) and LGC 118.011 (a)(4) plus $1 per page.
POSTING NOTICE: $2 for filing, and if necessary, $2 for posting per LGC 118.011(c)
MARRIAGE LICENSE: $71, $11 with valid "Twogether in Texas" certificate, $100 fee added for out-of-state applicants
FILING A PLAT/REFILING A PLAT: $60 per sheet
BIRTH CERTIFICATES: $23
DEATH CERTIFICATES: $21 for first copy, then $4 for each additional copy
BRANDS: $16 for first site, $5 each additional site.
