The Community Supervision & Corrections Department is an extension
of the 91st District Court and serves the District Court and the County
Court, by providing supervision of persons convicted of crimes (or whose
convictions have been deferred), that the courts allow to remain in the
community. The department also supervises collections of fines, court
costs, court appointed attorney fees, restitution, and Community Service
Restitution that offenders may be ordered to pay while under the
supervision of the department.
