2nd and 4th Monday's each month at 9:00 AM 
in the 42ND District Court - Court Room,
Coleman County Courthouse, 2nd floor.

If Monday is a County Holiday, 

the meeting will be the following business day.

Public Participation Form - Please complete this form if you would like to be on the Commissioners Court Agenda. 

A request must be filed with and approved by at least one member of the Commissioners Court and/or the County Judge by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Wednesday immediately preceding the next Regular Meeting of the Commissioners Court.

Please submit request to the County Clerk's office or email to: cclerk@co.coleman.tx.us by 12:00 noon on the Wednesday preceding the meeting.
