All title transactions must be started no later than 4 pm, all registration transactions must be started no later than 4:15 pm as both the courthouse and Mineral Wells annex close at 4:30 pm.

 

Texas Parks and Wildlife transactions can only be processed at the

Palo Pinto County Courthouse and are CASH ONLY
