For the November 4, 2025 Constitutional Amendment Election:
Applications for ballot by mail must be received no later than close of business on Friday, October 24, 2025.

1. Print an Application for Ballot by Mail (pdf)
Print, fill in the required information, sign and mail or hand deliver to the Montague County Election's Office.
