NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING ESTABLISHMENT OF A SPEED LIMIT ON COUNTY ROADS IN PRECINCT 1 

Pursuant to Texas Transportation Code section 251.152, notice is hereby given that the Commissioners Court of Medina County will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment and voting regarding the following ESTABLISHMENT OF SPEED LIMITS of 30 miles per hour on County Road 281, 282 and 283; located within the Rio Medina Estates Subdivision and County Road 354 in Precinct 1.

The Public Hearing will be conducted during the regular meeting of the Medina County Commissioners Court on Monday February 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Medina County Courthouse Annex, 1300 Avenue M, Room 165, Hondo, TX. The hearing concerns adopting traffic regulations under Texas Transportation Code Section 251.154; Maximum Reasonable and Prudent Speeds on County Roads. 

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING NO THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC ON COUNTY ROADS

Notice is hereby given as per Texas Transportation Code 251.152 that the Commissioners Court of Medina County will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment and voting in regard to NO THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC ON COUNTY ROADS. The Public Hearing will be conducted during the regular meeting of the Medina County Commissioners Court on Monday February 23, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the Medina County Courthouse Annex, 1300 Avenue M, Room 165, Hondo, TX. The hearing concerns adopting traffic regulations under Texas Transportation Code Section 251.1575; Prohibiting Use of Road for Certain Vehicles to restrict truck traffic on County Road 354; located in Precinct #1. 

Notice of Application to revise Rowan Cinco Subdivision to vacate and re-plat Lot 1, Medina County, Texas.

As required by Texas Statutes, Local Government Code Sec. 232.009, notice is given that the Commissioners Court of Medina County will meet on March 9, 2026 at 9:00 am to consider an application filed by Rowan Land Resources LLC, owner of Lot 1 Rowan Cinco Subdivision.  The plat being sought to be revised is Document# 2025003638 of the Plat Records of Medina County, Texas. 

At the meeting, the court will hear any protest to the proposed revision of the plat. The proposed revision re-plats Lot 1 and re-subdividing into Lots 1R, 3, 4 & 5.
