Notice of Application to revise San Martin Hills Subdivision, Unit 2 plat to vacate and re-plat Lot 22, Medina County, Texas.
As required by Texas Statutes, Local Government Code Sec. 232.009, notice is given that the Commissioners Court of Medina County will meet on
November 17, 2025 at 9:00 am to consider an application filed by Vera Dale Melzark, owner of Lot 22, San Martin Hills Subdivision, Unit 2. The plat being sought to be revised is in Volume 4, Pages 30-31 of the Plat Records of Medina County, Texas.
At the meeting, the court will hear any protest to the proposed revision of the plat. The proposed revision re-plats Lot 22, 20.374 acres and re-subdividing into Lots 22A, 10.164 acres and 22B, 10.165 acres.
The meeting will be held on the following date and time at the following location:
Monday, November 17, 2025, at 9:00 am, Medina County Courthouse Annex, 1300 Avenue M, Room 165, Hondo, Texas, 78861.
Anyone interested in the proposed revision is encouraged to attend the meeting and address the Commissioners Court.
