Credit Card Payments- Misdemeanor Criminal Cases Fines and Court Costs

Before making a payment via Credit Card you must first get all required information for proper processing of your payment. 

You will need to know the following PRIOR to selecting the blue button below:

  1. SELECT English or Spanish when prompted to do so
  2. Enter your Cause Number or Case Number
  3. Bureau Code is #3016443
  4. Payment not processed until next business day.
  5. Please note a 2.85% convenience fee is charged.
  6. Be sure to get your confirmation number when your payment has been accepted by Certified Payments

Once you have read all the information above, please click on the blue "Pay Now" button below and you will be redirected to Certified Payments.  Problems with credit card transactions call: (866) 549-1010.

Warning: If you mail payment, your warrant(s) will remain active and you remain subject to arrest until payment is received, paid in full, and posted by the appropriate Court. Call to confirm payment at 903-536-2352 (8am-5pm) Monday-Friday.

If you are paying by money order or cashier’s check, please make payable to Leon County Clerk. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Warning: If you are delinquent with payment of court courts or fines, this court will report you to DPS for non-renewal of your driver’s license and to McCreary, Veselka, Bragg, & Allen, P.C. Collections Agency.

Judge Ryder electronically reviews and signs his orders, so please file all proposed orders as a separate lead document (Proposed Order) and NOT as an attachment.
