Public nuisance complaints are evaluated on the basis of the Texas Health and Safety Code chapter 343. Only complaints that pertain to properties that are located in the unincorporated areas of Hutchinson County will ge evaluated, any properties within a municipality must be reported to the approprate jurisdiction.
