    Members of the public may submit written requests to the Hamilton County District Clerk's Office for public information.  If you are seeking judicial case records, do not submit a public information request, rather use the Records Request search form.

  • Standing Order of the 220th District Court

     

    This order is a standing order that applies to every divorce suit and every suit affecting parent-child relationship filed in the 220th Judicial District Court of Hamilton County, except cases initiated by the Attorney General of Texas or Child Protective Services.
