The Human Resources Director directs and coordinates the functions of the Human Resources Department.  This position plans and directs activities of staff involved in a variety of programs including recruitment, compensation, staff development, safety, and employee relations. This position also communicates actions of the Commissioners Court related to human resources and assists all county departments in the interpretation of federal and state law that impact employees, Salary Administration Guidelines, Personnel Policies and Benefit Administration.
