CULBERSON COUNTY EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
JOB TITLE: Administrative Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Culberson County AgriLife Extension Office
APPLICATION DEADLINE: December 19, 2025, 5:00 PM (Position may close earlier if filled)
Applications can be picked up at the Extension Office, 1302 W. Broadway, – 5:00 PM). However, staff may not always be available in the office, so applicants are encouraged to call ahead or request an application via email. Completed applications should be returned to the Extension Office.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Provides administrative support for daily operations of the AgriLife Extension Office. Duties include office organization, budget tracking, community communication, social media management, and assisting with 4-H activities, perform other responsibilities as needed.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 1 year in office/administrative setting
  • Proficiency with office software and communication tools
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

WORK SCHEDULE & PAY:
Part-time; $15/hour. Schedule discussed during interview.
