OUR MISSION
The County Clerk’s office is committed to providing excellent customer service while supporting the Constitutional County Court.
Our office files all Class A & B misdemeanor offenses such as DWI's, thefts, assaults, drug charges and Class C cases appealed for the Justice of the Peace. This office also provides administrative support to the court through the issuance of warrants, summons, bond forfeitures, subpoenas and commitments.

(NOTE: The only people that are NOT charged for copies in misdemeanor criminal cases are District Attorney's and the Defendant's Attorney of Record at the time of the offense.)
